All Payments are due within 5 days of the service. There will be a $5 a day charge for the late payments.
Do I need to be home when you attend?
No you don’t need to be home, but please discuss with us a safe way to enter your house.
Do I need to provide any products and equipment?
No, we provide everything within the service.
Our cloths and mop heads are never re-used from one job to another. Professional standards of cleanliness are what we pride ourselves on. Cross contamination is a priority to our practices. We place dirty cloths and mops into a bucket which are washed in hot water, sanitised and placed in the sun on a daily basis.
What products do you use?
We have a range of eco-friendly products. These are septic safe and allergy free.
We DO NOT use bleach.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with public liability. We also have workers compensation insurance.
What happens if I need to cancel my clean?

Cancellation less than 12 hours notice will be charge a 100% service fee. Cancellations with more than 12 hours notice will NOT be charged a service fee.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely! We love pets. We do ask for dogs to be outside when mopping and reptiles and birds to be locked away while attending.
Do you clean animal and human faeces?
No. We do not clean up animal droppings, human faeces, animal cages, soiled clothing, urine, vomit, blood, animals cages or cat litter boxes.
Do you turn off alarms?
No, we do not. We ask that alarms are kept off on your day of cleaning.
